Miso Sesame Bowl (with tamari-glazed tofu or chicken). Organic spinach, brown rice, bok choy, roasted spicy broccoli, edamame, pickled carrot + daikon slaw, goji berries, miso-sesame dressing (vegan option, gluten free)

The Farmstand (option to add grilled chicken). Organic spinach, roasted seasonal vegetables, cherry tomatoes, baby Swiss, spiced pecans, creamy (dairy free) dill dressing (vegetarian option, gluten free)

Spicy Kimchi Brussels Sprouts. Roasted Brussels sprouts, kimchi, agave, tamari, scallions, sesame seeds, herbs and spices (vegan, gluten free, dairy free)

Autumn Wheat Berry Salad. Wheat berries, toasted pumpkin seeds, sliced grapes, goat cheese, fresh dill, house-made red-wine vinaigrette (vegetarian)

Check out our schedule. We stock the fridges of several local businesses with our superfood snacks on the daily, drop salads and grain bowls at a few of our partner studios weekly, and host pop-up events around town regularly. We are constantly adding avenues to get you all of your favorites, so we encourage you to check back often!

Cater an event (or stock up for yourself). Email us with your requests. Minimums apply, and we do large scale events, too! Because we source from our local farmer friends, we need time to plan ahead, so we appreciate your help in providing ample notice for supporting your events.
